Raw organic unrefined shea butter, organic unrefined coconut oil, organic avocado butter, mango butter, vegetable glycerin, apricot oil, organic castor oil, essential oils (lemongrass, lavender, ylang-ylang, rosemary, tea tree), vitamin E
Massage into skin. A little goes a long way. Best if used after bath or shower.

As a nurse, my hands are my worst enemies! Handwashing hundred times a day leaves my hands very dry, irritated and even painful. I hydrate with the hand pomade [butter] after handwashing and at night, I apply the pomade [butter] and wear gloves to seal in the moisture.
