Because our body butters are natural (no synthetic ingredient or synthetic waxes are added), they may soften/melt in transit to you, especially in warmer months. This will not affect the quality of the product. Please recognize we have no control over shipment/weather conditions. Body Butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and best stored in a cool, dry place. If your product is melted, please place in fridge for about an hour and gently stir to restore back to original form. Note, however, the whipped butters fluffy consistency will be changed, but the butter will retain its moisturizing properties. Also, because these butters are natural/organic, there might be differences in consistency, color and smell. Each item is handcrafted in small batches with love and has a shelf life of 1 year or so. We are not responsible for lost, damage or stolen products once delivered. If package is delivered damage due to carrier, please notify us promptly. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund neither take products back.  However, If you are unhappy with an order, please contact us at info@balmofparadise.com and we will do our best to work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer! If you are allergic to any of our ingredients, please let us know as we can customize an order that fits you and your lifestyle (using all natural and/or organic ingredients of course!)
